Since Stewart got his G0-Pro he has been an absolute pain in the backside wanting to go out filming and photographing all the time. I’m not complaining, honestly but it’s a nightmare when you can’t find anywhere you want to go. Unfortunately the thing we’re […]
This is a potentially, incredibly boring post but, Candytuft and Corn-cockle, not your average kind of blog name and you’re probably wondering why or how? I was finding it hard to create an identity that I absolutely loved that didn’t necessarily symbolize one niche. As you […]
It’s that time of year again, I don’t even know how. It seems like only yesterday that I was packing my Christmas tree back into the loft ready to start a brand new year and now we’re coming to the end of that year? WHAT?!
It’s always been a thing for my family to trim up early November and we love it. I’m not going to lie it really grinds my gears when people moan about Christmas decorations going up early – I get that you might not like Christmas but there’s no need to ruin the spirit for everyone else because you don’t have any.
There’s honestly nothing better than getting up in the morning whilst it is still dark outside, flicking on all your Christmas lights and then sitting they’re enjoying your coffee and a little bit of breaky amongst a load of colorful twinkly lights in your winter wooly PJ’s. This year I’ve gone that little bit further and even bought myself some cozy, Christmassy bedding and popped a little tree in my room, There’s a tree in my kitchen, office and living room and lights almost everywhere and honestly it’s blissful.
I’m not one of these ‘fancy pants’ people who has a theme to their decorations either, no offence to anyone who might be a ‘fancy pants’ It’s still beautiful, however, christmas to me is all about the old school miss matched every single colour around the house and on the tree and as many tacky decorations as possible is a massive YES!
