Summer Bucket List 2019
Summer is here and I really want to soak up the last summer of not being responsible for a little person. As soon as next summer comes around it’s not just me that I will have to think about, it will be me and my mini me and whilst thats going to make the summers all the more better, I still want to make this one, one to remember by the books.
It’s always good to do a list of stuff that you want to do because when you finally get to do it, there’s nothing more satisfying than being able to tick it off and have the memories to back it up is there? Summer goes by all too quickly and it’s so easy to get lost in the ”Oh we’ll do it next weekend.” excuse and before you know it Summer is over and we’re all looking forwards to Autumn goodness.
Summer bucket list 2019
Go On A Teddy Bear Picnic
Reverting back to a child before I have one I think. This is something I’ve been wanting to do for a while now with everyone in my family. I think my youngest brother will love it but not as much as the adults will, adults are mainly big children any way, or at least the ones I know are.
Day Trip To Cumbria
We were going to take a wedding vacation here but we’ve recently come to other plans on what we actually want to do. (stay tuned for a blog post explaining what why who when etc! We don’t mean to keep chaning our mind but people are really not very helpful in making this easy for us.)
Experience At Least One Thunderstorm.
Believe it or not I think Lincoln is heading for its 2nd year without a thunderstorm and my god, you can totally tell. I’m starting to get serious withdrawals from not being scared out of my wits by a thunderstorm. I literally will pray for one this summer.
Go On Lots Of Dog Walks
Because why not?? Woofies deserve some summer fun too. There’s nothing they love more than a run and a swim in the great outdoors.
Take Myra Out On Her First Walk
Ah Myra, growing oh so quickly. we’ve still not been able to get her booked in for her injections so that she can go out and experience the great outdoors with us and the dogs but hopefully this summer having finally got Tod sorted at the vets we can get her injections and finally take her to explore the big world out there.
Late Evening Walks
It’s been super hot all day, its finally cooling down outside and the sky has the glorious summer night tint to it, who wouldn’t love to go on a walk in that? – Camera is essential.
Trip To The Peak District
Well, it’s kinda mandatory for summer.
Visit a Wildlife Park
I love animals, that you should know. I love going to wildlife parks and attempting to communicate with animals that I don’t see everyday.
Go To The Seaside – More Than Once!
Standard staple on any Summer bucket list.
Experience Tons Of BBQ’s
Simply because, food is life and what’s better than eating food on a lovely summers afternoon or evening?
Did I miss anything essential that should have been on this list? Probably but baby brain has got me bad so comment what you think should be a staple on anyones summer bucket list.
Thank you so much for reading and visiting my blog. I just want to take a moment to say that every individual visit means the world to me and I couldn’t be more grateful.
