The end of 2017 is creeping up on us swiftly, We’re already coming up to the end of November and before we know it we will be planning our new year’s resolutions for 2018. My main new year’s resolutions for this year was to get fit, get driving and go to the doctors for my anxiety and depression. I achieved 2/3 things which ain’t bad. Driving was not for me and I don’t think I will be getting in a car anytime soon.
I do have a few more goals that I’m wanting to achieve before the new year comes around.
1. Get my medication increased/changed.
My antidepressants have stopped working, there’s no doubt about it. I feel exactly how I did when I first went on them and a doctors appointment is definitely necessary to be able to go into the new year with a fresh and happy mindset.
2. Continue to cut negativity out of my life.
I’ve been focusing on this for the most of the year but honestly, it’s much harder to escape from without telling people that you don’t want to hear their negative opinions and statements and people thinking you’re ignorant. If you do tell them you don’t want to hear it, they get a bee in their bonnet.
3. Avoid people that make me feel inadequate.
I actually have a few people that make me feel like this floating around in my life at the moment and honestly it’s toxic. There’s no need. I’m not going to go into all the details but people really need to be cautious and stop assuming.
4. Carefree blog content creations
This one is my most important. I’ve always been trying to create that niche for my blog but honestly, I hate niche blogs, I also hate reading them. I’ve recently found some blogs that I absolutely love reading.
5. Work hard on my business.
It’s less than a year before I am on my own in the big wide world and where life is going to take me I have no idea but what I do know is a year from now my degree will be over and I will have graduated. I have a few plans on what I’d like to do but just in case they don’t work out I’ll be working on my photography business.
